My work is rooted in a whole-person, holistic approach. I draw from a combination of nutritional therapy, herbalism, lifestyle counseling, nervous system support, and cycle education. I place an emphasis on plant-based medicine, ancestral wisdom, and nourishment over restriction. I am inspired by functional nutrition, somatic awareness, and women's wisdom traditions. I honor individual physiology – no one-size-fits-all. Together, we co-create a path that feels deeply supportive. Depending on your needs, our work may also include ritual, intuitive practices, and other embodiment tools that help you reconnect to your inner knowing.

Women’s bodies move through such dynamic rhythms – from menstruation to pregnancy to perimenopause and beyond. These transitions deserve support that honors the whole being: body, mind, and spirit. My work is rooted in restoring balance and sovereignty in a system that has forgotten the wisdom of the female body.

I also abide by HIPAA standards for handling personal health information. While I don’t diagnose or treat medical conditions – as I am not a licensed physician – I do offer guidance rooted in evidence-based and traditional frameworks to support the body’s natural healing processes. Many clients come to me with specific concerns such as hormonal imbalances, menstrual irregularities, acne, fatigue, or digestive issues. I work to offer personalized recommendations (herbal, dietary, and lifestyle-based) that align with your unique presentation and goals. If something falls outside of my scope, I will always be transparent and do my best to refer you to trusted practitioners or resources who can support you further.
