Staying Warm, Nourished, + Grounded During Menstruation
Menstruation is our inner winter - a time to slow down, rest, and nourish the body. In this blog, I explore food, herbs, and warming rituals to support blood-building, gentle detoxification, and overall comfort during your bleed. By honoring these needs, you can replenish energy and create a strong foundation for the cycle ahead.
Mineral replenishment for menstruating bodies
Periods naturally deplete your body of key minerals like iron, magnesium, and zinc - leaving you fatigued, moody, and craving more than just rest. This blog explores simple ways to refill your mineral stores through nourishing foods, herbal teas, mineral drinks, and self-care rituals, so you can restore energy, support your hormones, and move through your cycle with ease.

A WOMAN’S GUIDE TO DAILY EMBODIMENT
My last post explored Embodiment as Reclamation + Reconnection. If that sparked something in you, here’s how to bring that into your daily life. The truth: it doesn’t have to be some grand ritual or hours of movement to feel embodied. Embodiment is in the small, intentional choices we make each day. This simple guide for daily embodiment was created with practices that are meant to feel nourishing, not overwhelming.
Embodiment as Reclamation + Reconnection
For too long, women have been conditioned to disconnect from their bodies – to view them as problems to fix, rather than sacred homes to live in. This disconnection isn’t just emotional or mental – it shows up in our hormones, energy, cycles, and sense of self. In this first piece of my series on Divine Feminine Embodiment, I explore how returning to the body is an act of reclamation – and the first step toward true healing, fertility, and wholeness.
Rose: A Musing + Monograph
When I see her, I gasp at her presence. I'm left breathless by her beauty. The way her layers unfold, and yet also hold. There is a mystery in her… as each petal opens, more of her is revealed, and still, something remains hidden. Her unfolding feels infinite. Her petals are soft, delicate, almost translucent in their vulnerability, yet undeniably potent. They carry scent like memory, something ancient, enchanting, and alive. Instantly calming, like an exhale after holding too much for too long, and yet, it’s also invigorating, stirring something deep in the soul. She smells like magic, like something holy and just out of reach.
