Hi, I’m Bailey.

I support women in understanding their bodies, restoring hormonal balance, and building a grounded, trusting relationship with their cyclical nature. My work blends evidence-informed holistic care with intuitive, Earth-BASED practices—HELPING women feel more at home in their bodies.

What Inspires My Practice

After more than a decade on hormonal birth control, I chose to come off the pill and allow my body to relearn how to cycle naturally. That transition was humbling, challenging, and deeply illuminating. It invited me to slow down, reassess what I thought I knew about health, and make meaningful shifts in how I nourish, move, and care for myself.

Through that process, I experienced firsthand how much clarity and resilience can emerge when we work with the body rather than against it. That lived experience continues to inform how I support the women I work with—especially those navigating hormonal shifts, cycle irregularity, or a desire to reconnect with their bodies.

MY APPROACH

My approach is rooted in meeting each woman exactly where she is. There are no one-size-fits-all solutions here—only thoughtful, personalized guidance that honors your body, your history, and your capacity.

I weave together:

  • Evidence-based nutritional guidance

  • Herbal medicine and plant ally support

  • Lifestyle practices that support nervous system regulation

  • Education that helps you understand why your body responds the way it does

My academic background in public health and medical cannabis science, along with my training as a holistic nutritionist and health coach, allows me to translate complex information into grounded, accessible guidance—without losing the human, relational heart of this work.

MY CURRENT FOCUS

At this stage, my work is primarily centered on menstrual health and cycle awareness—supporting women who are learning about their cycles, transitioning off hormonal birth control, or navigating hormonal imbalance during their reproductive years.

When the body is supported in finding balance, regulated cycles and reproductive health often follow naturally. For this reason, much of my work focuses on practices that strengthen hormonal resilience, nourish the reproductive system, and support the body in moving toward optimal fertility—whether or not conception is an immediate goal.

Just as we move through seasons, this work will continue to evolve. Over time, I envision expanding my offerings to support women through pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. For now, my focus remains rooted in the phase I am deeply immersed in—learning, listening, and growing alongside the women I serve.
