CLEARING THE FIELD + CALLING MY ENERGY BACK — FULL MOON TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE IN VIRGO
Holy lunar energy.
Mercury retrograde. Fire Horse momentum stirring.
I’ve been sleeping horribly, waking multiple times throughout the night, usually to pee (hello bedtime tea) or from vivid, intense dreams. Are you feeling this Eclipse energy too?
This Full Moon Total Lunar Eclipse in Virgo feels like a deep energetic audit. It’s asking us to take an honest look at what we’re carrying that simply isn’t sustainable - habits that drain us, patterns that strain our bodies, commitments that quietly chip away at our wellbeing.
Just when I thought we were done shedding, this eclipse makes one final pass - sweeping up what no longer belongs and resetting the field for cleaner, truer growth.
If you feel like you already released everything during the final stretch of the Year of the Snake, this might be a quieter refinement. A moment to ask yourself:
Where am I unintentionally leaking energy?
Where am I saying yes when my body says no?
What daily habits are quietly depleting me?
For me, the answer is painfully obvious… My phone.
I’ve been giving away far too much of my life force to scrolling, consuming, checking, refreshing. I feel overstimulated by the constant stream of information, yet I still reach for my phone in moments of discomfort or stillness, fully aware it won’t soothe me. It doesn’t nourish me. It doesn’t strengthen my wellbeing. And yet… muscle memory.
This has been my clearest insight during this eclipse portal: how much energy I unconsciously surrender to social media and digital noise. This thing has a hold on me. And I’m ready to let it the f*ck go.
Conscious consumption in today’s world isn’t easy. But I feel optimistic because my outer world is shifting in a way that supports this inner commitment.
I’m so excited to share that I’m about to embark on my next adventure: a three-month journey to the Pacific Northwest, where I’ll be working as a full-time intern with Herb Pharm.
32 hours a week farming.
8 hours a week in classroom study.
Not much extra time for doomscrolling.
I’m genuinely thrilled to devote almost all of my time to the plants. To quiet the external noise (goodbye, Instagram). To let my nervous system recalibrate to the rhythms of nature. To let my body return to something slower and more organic. I’m hopeful this immersion will bring fresh insight, deeper clarity, and a renewed devotion to my relationship with myself, with God, and with how I’m meant to serve as a holistic health practitioner.
Virgo energy governs work, service, health, and the sacredness of daily routine. This eclipse is shining a light on whether the way we live - how we work, how we serve, how we structure our days - is actually supporting long-term vitality. It’s bringing awareness to the power of the mundane. The day-to-day. The small rituals that, over time, shape our entire reality.
Before we fully step into Spring, this is a beautiful checkpoint:
Are your daily routines supporting your highest good?
Where are you leaking energy?
What can you refine so your practices feel nourishing instead of burdensome?
Below, I’m sharing the three daily rituals I credit for the deep healing and stability I’ve cultivated over the past six months.
The 3 Daily Rituals That Stabilized My Healing
Besides patience and time - which truly matter more than we want them to - these are the three daily devotions that have significantly transformed my healing journey.
1. A CONSISTENT MORNING ROUTINE
I follow this almost religiously, but with grace. I’m not rigid. If I miss something, I don’t spiral. But I know these simple rituals are what anchor me into my grounded self before I interact with the rest of the world.
How are you meeting your day?
You get to choose: gratitude or resentment? Intention or reactivity?
Your body thrives on predictability. Rhythm signals safety, and safety is what allows healing.
Here’s what that looks like for me:
Cold water on my face - hello vagus nerve
Gua sha and gentle lymphatic stimulation
Warm tea to wake up digestion
Light movement or bouncing to get things flowing
Prayer, gratitude, and meditation - a nervous system check-in before the world gets loud
A literal check-in with myself: “Hi. How are you doing today?”
Making a nourishing breakfast - protein, carbs, fat!
A walk outside to support post-breakfast digestion and recalibrate my circadian rhythm
Only after that do I open my phone. Only after that do I engage with work, responsibilities, and other people’s energy. Now I’m ready to talk to whoever. Run errands. Make decisions. Because I’ve already met myself first.
2. INTUITIVE EATING
This one required unlearning.
I started listening to my cravings, my hunger cues, my body’s subtle feedback instead of external rules. I stopped outsourcing my authority to diet trends or what someone else on the internet was doing and started asking: What actually makes me feel stable? Warm? Energized? Clear?
I focused on real, whole foods that provide nutrients. I accepted that bio-individuality is real - not everything works for everyone. I allowed my relationship with food to become collaborative instead of controlling.
Food became less about performance and more about nourishment.
That shift alone stabilized my mood, digestion, and energy in ways no rigid protocol ever could.
3. BUILDING A RELATIONSHIP WITH MYSELF
This is the one that changed everything.
I started mothering myself.
And my whole world shifted.
I began caring for myself the way I would care for a newborn - gently, attentively, protectively. I encouraged myself. I soothed myself. I set boundaries on my own behalf. I spoke up when something felt wrong. I tried new things even when I was scared.
I talked to my younger self.
I asked her how she was feeling.
What she needed.
What she was afraid of.
Instead of abandoning myself in hard moments, I stayed.
That consistency built self-trust.
Self-trust built confidence.
Confidence shifted my self-talk.
And that ripple effect touched every single area of my life.
When you stop betraying yourself, your nervous system notices.
When you show up for yourself daily, your body believes you.
And from there, everything becomes more stable.
This is the work I care about most: helping you regulate your nervous system, rebuild trust with your body, and create daily rituals that actually sustain you.
I offer 1:1 holistic health mentorship for women who are ready to refine their routines, rebuild their self-trust, and step into a more grounded, sovereign version of themselves.
